Mark began his academic career at the University of Florida, where he graduated in 1987 with a B.A. in Journalism. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991. As Owner and Founder of The Dickstein Law Firm, Mark specializes in delivering top-rated Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation counsel.

When he is not practicing law, Mark enjoys spending time with his beloved wife, Shari, who is also an esteemed member of The Dickstein Law Firm team in her capacity as a Bookkeeper. Together, Mark and Shari have two amazing sons, Josh and Jack, whom they couldn’t be prouder of. Rounding out the Dickstein household is a menagerie of pets, including their Shih Tzu Ollie who often co-stars in the firm’s social media content.
